| reading for the beginner or the black belt.

| coach. This program was originally intended
| to provide computer operators with stretches
| and exercises that could help them reduce
| muscle aches and pains, but the flexibility
| of this program allows you to set up
| stretching and exercise routines that meet
| your individual exercise needs at home or at
| work. You can choose the exercises routines
| you want to do, the order of the exercises,
| how many repetitions, how many sets, and the

| workout with a stationary bicycle. The
| program leads you through a structured

| insure that you cycle at the correct rate,
| although you will probably (we tempted to use
| Silencer, disk #2006) to remove the program's
| speaker output because of the extremely
| irritating sirens at the beginning and end of

| and fitness activity and present a visual
| representation of progress in the form of
| graphs and notices. It logs all aerobic and
| bodybuilding activity, and physical

| blood pressure, heart rate, and more. It
| keeps daily records for up to four months.

| type rowing machine (hydraulic cylinder type,
| as opposed to spinning disk or other type)
| into one of those fancy computerized ones.
| The screen changes color and the speaker
| sounds the drum to insure that you row at the
| correct rate. There are graphics of skully
| rowing across lake to illustrate progress. At
| the end of the exercise period, the program
| prompts you to take your pulse and enter it
| into the computer. Your pulse, combined with
| data such as your age and your time in the
| program, are used to customize the workout to
| insure that maximum results are achieved
| safely with minimal investment of time.
